When will my order arrive?
Each one of our prints takes approximately 10-14 business days to print, frame and ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on things. Most orders take 3-5 days in transit.

My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
Let us know right away if your print arrives in less than perfect condition. Kindly send photos of the print and the box it came in to INFO@STUDIOSEVENTWO.COM. This helps us assess why the print was damaged and how we can make sure this won’t happen again.

My print never arrived. What should I do?
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing INFO@STUDIOSEVENTWO.COM and we will track it down.



Artwork

Can I frame these prints myself?
Yes, we offer unframed prints so you can customize the look and feel of your final piece. Just click on the UNFRAMED category on our shop and find all the same prints completely frameless.

What type of paper is the artwork printed on?
All artwork is printed on an 110lb uncoated, acid-free matte paper designed to last years without any deterioration.

What are your frames made of?
The frames are made from pine, available in 4 colors and covered with a shatterproof transparent plexiglass.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Each piece is custom printed, mounted and framed just for you so we are unable to accept returns.

Can I exchange for a different size/frame?
All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?
All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print and frame each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once we begin the framing process.
